Pre-sales start
rnrnPre-sales will start on 22 August 2019 and tickets will be available online and at the stadium box office. The Jakarta Post reports that the tickets available at the box office will be limited to 2,000 tickets, with 1,000 of those tickets priced at IDR 500,000 and 1,000 tickets priced at IDR 1 million (USD 68).rnrn
Stadium Capacity
rnrnThe Gelora Bung Karno Stadium has a capacity of 88,000 people, and officials are expecting the stadium to be sold out for the friendly match. For those unable to attend, they can watch the match on television, as it will be broadcast live by a number of networks.rnrn
Arrangements for Visitors
rnrnThe Indonesian Football Association (PSSI) has also made special arrangements for visitors from abroad who wish to attend the match. They have setup a special fan zone for those from Argentina and other countries to watch the match.
The fan zone will be located in the south of the stadium, and will have a sizeable screen so that fans can watch the match on a big screen. There will also be a bar and food stalls in the fan zone, and special merchandise and memorabilia will be available for purchase.
This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to see one of the greatest players of all time play on Indonesian soil, so make sure to get your tickets quickly when pre-sales start!
